Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our legal services for family cases in Poland, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users, clients, and any individuals who interact with our firm in any capacity. We provide comprehensive legal representation in matters concerning family law, including divorce proceedings, child custody arrangements, spousal support, property division, and related family law matters under Polish jurisdiction.
If you do not agree with any provision of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. Client Obligations and Responsibilities
As a client of our firm, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding your case. This includes all relevant documentation, financial records, communication correspondence, and any other materials necessary for effective legal representation. Withholding or misrepresenting information may compromise the quality of our services and your legal position.
You are responsible for maintaining regular communication with our office and promptly responding to requests for information or documentation. Timely cooperation is essential in family law matters, particularly those involving child custody, as courts may impose strict deadlines that cannot be extended. You must also inform us immediately of any changes in your circumstances that may affect your case, including changes in income, living arrangements, or contact information.
- Provide complete and accurate information about your family situation
- Respond promptly to communications from our office
- Maintain confidentiality of attorney-client communications
- Inform us of any changes affecting your case
- Follow professional advice regarding court proceedings
- Pay agreed-upon fees and costs in a timely manner
Intellectual Property and Work Product
All legal documents, briefs, strategies, analyses, and other materials prepared by our firm in connection with your case constitute work product and attorney-client privileged communications. These materials are prepared exclusively for your legal benefit and remain confidential. You may not reproduce, distribute, or disclose these materials to third parties without our express written consent.
Our firm retains ownership of all methodologies, templates, research materials, and legal frameworks developed through our practice. While these tools are applied to your case for your benefit, you do not acquire any intellectual property rights to our firm’s proprietary systems or approaches. Any documents we provide become part of your case file and may be shared with co-counsel or required parties as necessary for your legal representation in Polish courts and administrative proceedings.
Upon conclusion of your case, you have the right to retain copies of final documents related to your matter. However, all privileged communications and attorney work product remain subject to confidentiality obligations and attorney-client privilege protections under Polish law.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide excellent legal services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in family law matters. Court decisions depend on numerous factors, including judicial discretion, evidence presentation, opposing counsel’s arguments, and the specific circumstances of each case. Family law outcomes, particularly in custody disputes and asset division, may be influenced by factors beyond our control or prediction.
Our firm is not liable for damages arising from client decisions made against professional legal advice, delays caused by court schedules, actions of opposing parties, or circumstances beyond reasonable foresight. We maintain professional liability insurance in accordance with Polish bar association requirements. Any claims against our firm must be brought within applicable statute of limitations periods under Polish law.
Important: We recommend obtaining a second opinion if you have concerns about your case strategy or representation. Your satisfaction with our services and confidence in our approach is essential to an effective attorney-client relationship.
Termination of Representation
Either you or our firm may terminate the attorney-client relationship at any time, subject to applicable Polish legal requirements and court rules. If you wish to terminate representation, you must provide written notice to our office. Termination does not eliminate your obligation to pay fees for services rendered prior to termination or costs already incurred on your behalf.
Our firm may withdraw from representation if you fail to pay agreed-upon fees, provide false information, fail to follow professional advice, engage in conduct detrimental to your case, or if circumstances make continued representation impossible or imprudent under Polish professional responsibility rules. We will provide reasonable notice and assistance in transitioning your case to successor counsel if we withdraw.
- You may terminate representation by written notice to our office
- Our firm may withdraw for legitimate professional reasons
- Outstanding fees and costs remain due upon termination
- We will cooperate with successor counsel for case transition
- All case materials will be returned or transferred as appropriate
- Confidentiality obligations survive termination of representation
Upon termination, we will provide you with all necessary documents and information to ensure continuity of your legal representation. We remain bound by confidentiality and professional responsibility obligations regarding information obtained during representation.

These Terms of Service are governed by Polish law. Any disputes arising from your engagement with our firm or these terms shall be resolved in accordance with Polish legal procedures. We encourage clients to address concerns through direct communication with our office management before pursuing formal dispute resolution mechanisms.
